Cashbook were there to show attendees our innovative Cash Application automation solutions. We are relatively new to the healthcare industry, mainly due to recently signing a large hospital group as our first customer in healthcare. Cashbook have previously attended all of the Lawson S3 User Groups across the United States. Our software modules cover three main finance functions: Bank Reconciliation, Cash Application and Accounts Payable.
We have specifically tailored our Bank Reconciliation solution for companies in the healthcare industry. Cashbook simplifies what is a very noisy and complex healthcare Bank Rec process. The issue being, there are large bulk payments which need to be reconciled. These large payment amounts include transactions from: external partners; Patient Health systems; hospitals, clinics, and other ERPs to name a few. There is also a significant delay in the time it takes for the final payments to reach the bank account to close off the reconciliation. Cashbook takes into account your financial patient data from popular patient healthcare systems such as: Epic, Cerner, Allscripts and Meditech.
There was a significant amount of traffic to the Cashbook booth at HIMSS19. This may have been because it was our first time exhibiting. However, attendees we spoke to were genuinely interested in how Cashbook can automate their healthcare financial processes. It’s clear to see that healthcare companies have a great desire for a complete Bank Reconciliation automation tool. This is a very exciting market for Cashbook and our solutions.
Overall, HIMSS19 was a fantastic experience for Cashbook. We had a great time meeting all of the attendees at our booth, and learning even more about the healthcare industry. It was a very well organised conference and Cashbook are looking forward to continuing our conversations with all interested parties.
