For Cashbook Vlog Series Episode 76, CEO Greg Coulter recorded a video from the first half of his road trip in December. The trip involved visiting clients, prospects, and fitting in a little bit of Christmas shopping. Greg is traveling with Partner Director Haroon Panezai, and they will be joined by Business Development Director David Rushe at the weekend.

For this Vlog, Greg is in a seriously cold Minneapolis, but the steak in Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse made up for it. He got a masterclass in customer service from Scott while he was there. As Scott demonstrated, whatever you do, do it with passion!
