Cashbook Rising 2023 – A Review

On 15th and 16th of March Cashbook Rising 2023 took place virtually. This was our 1st annual user conference virtually in a couple of years. It was hosted remotely from our offices in beautiful Limerick City. Cashbook Rising attendees joined us from the UK, Ireland, Spain, Mexico, Canada and across the United States of America.

We had a full action-packed day of learning, sharing and networking for our customers. Representing Cashbook on the day we had Greg Coulter, CEO, and other staff from specific departments – Technical, Product Developments, Support & Implementations, Sales, and Marketing. There were presentations from different Cashbook staff representing their departments. We also had a partner pieces from David Rapacz of INFOR and David Schaer of Computers Unlimited which can be seen below as well as a customer presentation from Trinity Industries.

The team from Trinity Industries joined us to go through their recent v6 upgrade. Mai Madorran and Stephen Robertson joined from Dallas, Texas, while Yllena Botello joined from Querétaro, Mexico. Mai introduced Trinity Industries to the user group through the company’s locations, product lines and business environment. Stephen went through Trinity’s technical environment and IT strategy. Yllena described the business challenges faced by the Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation teams, as well as the automation outcomes from the upgrade project.

We rounded out the conference with a session on Cashbook product Roadmap and some discussion with our customers. Being the eve of St Patrick’s day we couldn’t let the event go by without some Irish style trivia and some prizes for our lucky winners.
